The Defense Base Act Claims Association (DBACA) was established in 2022, formed with the idea to bring all aspects of Defense Base Act claims together from GovCon employers to attorneys, brokers and claims adjusters. We are committed to bringing synergy to the industry through quarterly meetings which are fully accredited for both adjuster and legal Continuing Education Credits. The quarterly meetings and other DBACA events provide the opportunity to interact with professionals throughout the industry that you might not have had the opportunity to previously. DBACA is a non-profit association organized around the principles of professional development through education, promoting ethics and good business relations among its Members.
